Lets see your X-Pro1, X-E1 Black and White photos

And a couple more.

The OM-10 w/manual adapter and 1.8/50mm was my first SLR and I loved it! Also ended with the 2.8/24mm which was another great lens. Made the progression through Oly gear up to the OM-4T and its fantastic 9-point metering system...sadly ended up needing autofocus for newspaper work and shifted to Nikon .

The pictures are impressive. I like black-and-whites. I has taken quite a number of BnWs by my Fujifilm x10. The tone is quite similar to those taken by the x-pro 1. I am not sure if it is the characteristics of Fuji's ccd or lens.

When compared with the film photos taken by Leica Summicron-C 1:2/40 lens, the dark areas on the film is darker and the bright zones are also whiter on the film. Overall the contrast is better on film. Again, I am not sure if the difference is due to the lens or the film vs ccd.

The X Pro1, both of these are from that camera, blows me away. The level of adaptability and customization may be a little overwhelming at first but once you've found 'your set-up' it stays out of the way and just does its job so well. I held back from buying one at first wondering what was in store later this year or next, so very glad I gave in.
