Looking for a copy of Maizenberg book

Everything is on the title bar, except that I would prefer one in Engllish over Russian or Ukrainian ;-)

At one time there was one availlable through Ed Romney web site, but it seems to be out of print and the Maizenberg son seems not willing to reprint his father's book.
Of course, my lead tosecond hand books are dead ends.
So a copy would be much appreciated !
