Since I use b&w on MF only I have virtually no grain up to ISO 3200. I'm looking for film&developer combo for nice grainy photos that will be usabe in sunny days without small apertures.

I would suggest to use a ND filter.

Delta 3200 in Rodinal @ EI (close to ISO) 500.
Foma 200 in paper dev @ EI (close to ISO) 80
Remember too that overexposure = bigger grain, and that a couple of stops over-exposure is printable in a wet darkroom.

I agree with Roger. Use Rodinal at 1:25.
