If you appreciate good leather then you will understand why Luigi's straps are worth what they cost. I have a background in equestrian sports, and leather quality matters a lot when it comes to tack, so I'm picky about my leather goods.
I have a number of different straps for my cameras and Luigi's is the only one that I really like. It is adjustable, which is important because I'm not tall and most straps are designed for Amazons. It is supple, and can be wrapped around the camera or a wrist easily. It also never ever slips off my shoulder. I like the the fact that the reverse side of the leather is red (my strap and case are black), and also that the color never rubs off on my clothing. It smells awesome.
I'm thinking of getting another one for my OMs.
