m lens to m39 body

Hi everyone.
I know there is a m39 lens to m body adaptor i have two.But my question is there a m lens to m39 body adaptor and if not why(any reason)

The distance from the film plane to the flange on the M body is a little shorter (by the thickness of the L39 to M adaptor), so adapting the other way would involve removing metal from the body of the screw camera.
