Alright, calm down. This is a minor dispute, not some grand conspiracy scheme or huge criminal offense.
The seller didn't steal the money, he used a generic photo to sell a camera in slightly worse condition than the buyer expected. Another buyer may have been thrilled, it's the luck of the draw. The fact is, the buyer was sent a slightly unsightly working M2, and he didn't like it. OK, it happens.
So send the camera back, get your money back, and that's the end of it. PayPal will refund you. It's not the end of the world, a horrible crime, or even some giant embodiment of evil, it's simply a minor deal gone awry.
You people act as if this seller was Bernie Madoff. Some people do hundreds of eBay deals per day. If you're not happy with a deal, work it out with the seller, get your money and move on to the next one.
