Can anyone give me an idea of what it would cost to change the finder in my M6ttl to the MP style finder? Also, I would like to change the film advance lever to an MP style. Where would I get this done and how much would they cost? I am not a DIY'er by the way, I need to have someone else do it.

you'll have to ask him for a quote but it should but just under $200 to get the finder upgraded at dag camera

Hi James,

The winder lever would work fine on a non TTL M6 but the shutter dial on the TTL is larger although the center is offset forward. Not sure if the MP lever would fit without fouling the shutter dial. The VF upgrade should be fine.

I think the lever only touches the base of the hot shoe. But the finder fix... I learned to live with the flare problem.
