Could you specify "any other" .. do you mean: the Canon 5D, a Canon D30, the R-D1 , a Nikon Coolpix or a camera in a cellular phone ....ywenz said:Looks just like any other Digicam.
I must admit i have not seen any convincing samples yet myself.... but still have high hopes of the camera.

Why is there the difference in [at least] color saturation between this set of pictures and the same set posted on Fred Miranda Forums?
Were they not the same post-processing?

Which is exactly what I meant, Vladimer. You may have missed the irony of the post....However I agree, had the poster had time we would probably-hopefully- have seen much more impressive images.

jaapv : Poster meant overall image (texture, tonality, light quality) and that has nothing to do with bokeh

He said "It Looks just like any other Digicam" and where do you see bokeh?

The same place he said tonality, texture and light quality, I suppose...

Word "Look" means tonality texture and light, also it means bokeh, but bokeh is secondary, because if you mount f/1 lens on any camera on earth will give you bokeh, you want it or not

I really start to wonder why you spend SO MUCH of your time on the digital forums posting these inane comments?
This is really pathetic. Please just get lost. PLEASE! You're a really annoying little person.
We got the message now - i've seen you pop up in EVERY single M8 discussion on this and other forums - you DON'T LIKE DIGITAL.
WE GOT THAT NOW!
NACHKEBIA IS TOO GOOD FOR DIGITAL! GOT THAT EVERYONE? HE IS SUPERIOR TO US BECAUSE HE LIKES FILM.
OK?
EVERYONE UNDERSTAND?? Nachkeba thinks film > digital.
phew.
Now we never EVER need to read your comments on the M8 EVER AGAIN.

Just chill out all $5000 spenders, I understand it must be depressing when someone admits that M8 is not a wonder, but relax

OK I'll join in forgiveness... But you still haven't told me where I can buy a digicam with a f1.0 lens...
