I have upgraded from the bath room to get a studio (very small one). The problem is that it cannot be easily darken up. Also, you have to darken the whole apartment which I found it not very nice. Hence, this might be a better solution especially I have 4 Jobo (plus one other roller). Only printing is needed inside the dark part.

I used the bathroom method of enlarging for many years with good (for me) results. As said above, access to the bathroom is limited during printing sessions, so the key is to deprive one's spouse of all water for the afternoon before an evening session so that she won't interupt the creative flow that is occurring in the now off limits bathroom.
