Ignore It (It'll go away)
Maybe I should rtfm, and I probably will, but I thought I'd try here first. Does anyone know of a technique or trick to making a scanner "see" the frame lines on thin/underexposed film? I made some shots of a band at a club and of course the frame lines are virtually indistiguishable from the black background, and my scanner is guessing and coming up with some interesting crops. Anything? Thanks. :bang:

Hi Ray, depending on the software that you use to scan there may be an manual alternative for selecting the area you want to scan. My Epson scanners has it and Vuescan too. Try the fm.
Hope this helps,
