On the street, day-by-day, I use a wide variety of cameras, but my Mamiya 6 is still the camera I invariably reach for when I'm going away and am doing any 'real' photgraphy.
It has in the last 12 months developed a minor problem, however. The viewfinder shutter speed LEDs have stopped working for 1/60th and 1/125th. This doesn't prevent me using the camera, but it does slow me down a little. If, say, I'm metering at f8, and the LEDS aren't visible, I would switch to f4, see the 1/500th light up, and then manually set to 1/125th at f8 just to be sure. It also means sometimes I presume the camera is off when it is on.
Has anyone else encountered this partial failure of viewfinder LEDs? I'm mainly worried that it is a symptom of another problem, or that other LEDs are likely to follow.
Also - has anyone had any experience with having his or her Mamiya 6 serviced in the UK? As well as the LEDs, the wind no is a little squeaky, and I'd love to have this camera working at 100%.

Try turning the shutter speed dial around and around a few times. Sometimes it's a contact issue under that dial. I had a similar problem as yours. I sent it out to be serviced and it simply needed to be cleaned under that dial to restore good contact.
I can't help you with a service center in the UK but if you want to ship to the US go with Bob at Precision Camera in Chicago.
