Here's several night-time mannequins from my 4x5 Speed Graphic. First two are of a local costume shop, and the second two are from a thrift store. The first shot was done with a Kollmorgen Snaplite 7" projection lens, and the other three were done with an unmarked 19th century 6" gem-camera petzval.

WOW - I never realised that mannequins were such a popular subject.
I need to search my archives, I think I have an old shot of some somewhere...

leighmarrin, for some reason the pix you posted have a (David) Lynchian feel to them, especially #2 . . .

Heh... I take no credit for the strangeness on the other side of the window; the local window-dressers must watch some offbeat movies. I get off work at 11pm five nights a week, and there ain't much to photograph then, but I've enjoyed working with these "models".

Very nicely done Johnmcd! Artful composition with a riot of faces. I particularly like the placement of 'the other woman' over her left shoulder. And the reflection of the license tag of the car seems in about the correct position as well.
Does the shop sell vintage clothing? Or are they just trying to attract attention? That's a remarkably realistic mannequin.

I'm glad you liked it. It was taken in Brussels, Belgium last month. I think the shop sold vintage-chic women's clothing. It's a great looking mannequin
