Medium Format ... long may it live!

Wide angle MF lenses are a lot of fun... here's a couple taken with a Zenanon 35mm F/3.5 Fisheye. The post office is in Anacortes, WA, near the Lenswork office.

This is from my Zeiss Super Ikonta IV with kodak 800 that was my first go at developing my own color film. Scanned with Epson V750.

I love this photograph Richard ... the subtelty of the colours makes it something special.

Keith, thanks, this looks better larger and the colors look exactly like the "real thing". The 800 film has nice grain that enhances the overall look of entropy.

I did some searching, mines an older "C" model, bigger than the newer models and no floating element.

Thanks Todd - that looks really fine! Considering the costs, I think that is the one I'll be looking for.

Has anyone posted any photos made with the Mamiya 55mm lens for the TLR? I need to check back through the thread - will do that tonight.

Thanks Wayne, that is handy--the new TMAX 400 fact sheet does not include 1:3 for xtol. And since our water is so warm in Austin (approx. 80 deg. F), I can just dev. for 9:00 (will experiment, of course).

XTOL 1+1 has been my go to developer for ages ... I try Rodinal every now and then but seem to go back to the XTOL!

I think I've picked up a lens for the Hassy body I just received ... an 80mm f2.8 CF in as new condition for $300.00 which seems like a good price to me? I just have to organise payment to the seller in the US and it should be on the way ... I'm not too far from actually taking my first Hasselblad pic! :p
