Minolta H--Matic E question.

On the Hi-Matic E, there is a selector ring marked with the letters "A", "B", "C", "D", and "E".

I haven't been able to find a manual online, and have no idea what this setting is for. Any info?

I believe these are Guide Number settings for specific electronic flashes.

My Hi-Matic E looks great, but electronics are out.

Never mind. They are guide number settings for using flash, set according to the table printed on the back of the camera.

The electronics are fine on my example. I am planning on listing it in the classifieds, but need to determine a good fair market value.

You can look at bay for a rough guide of market value. I have no less than 4 of these cameras, and none of them work. I will dig into them when I get the time and see if I can find out what the problem is.
