I have been hanging out at the Leica User website today.. (M5-User)
And found a UK source for this Battery Adapter that is like a hollowed out PX625 with a voltage reducer built-in. It takes the 386 silver battery that is 1.5v and reduces it to to a stable 1.35v for the bulk of the battery life. Alkaline may work too, but the voltage varies though out their life.
I just ordered one for Bubba...
