my holga is too much "perfect" :-(

I don't have a Holga, but I build lenses for my FP cameras. And it is very hard to get the Holga look. They maybe accidently produced this look but when you have it it is hard to beat. This is a diposable camera lens with the aperture opened and used on a BessaR, dosen't quite match a Holga:

Got my first roll of film back from the Holga.. In some images, the Holga effect is really there, in others it isn't.

So far, I've figured out a couple of things:

1. Maximum vignetting occurs when shooting at close distance and with the sunny aperture setting (first attachment)
2. Maximum sharpness fall-off comes when shooting at infinity distance setting (second attachment)
3. There's a lot less camera shake in bulb mode than I expected (third attachment)
