Time to put a few more Instax Square pictures in this thread. These are taken with the Instax Square SQ6.
Picture #167. A lone swimmer at Dee Why beach, May 2020 during coronavirus lockdown. Compare with the Instax Mini 9 pictures immediately above. The SQ6 has programmed auto exposure and shutter speeds to 1/400, so unless you use the SQ6's exposure compensation button (+/- 2/3 EV) - which I didn't here - the results are quite different. Apologies for the Newtons Rings scanner glass artifacts in the sky.

Picture #184 with the Instax Square SQ6. Winter clouds and light over Mona Vale beach rock pool, Sydney, 08 July 2020. I love the way Instax film renders clouds.

The SQ6 looks like the camera for you, Paul. Its 65.75mm lens is good for moderate wide portraits too - the 35mm equivalent focal length is about 32mm. Keep an eye out for specials - I found the "Taylor Swift" design screen printed SQ6 for USD$60 or thereabouts.i think i like the square format best with this kit.

Paul BH currently have it on special for $79, down from $129. I'd grab one at that price.

I recently got back into Instax and have been having fun with it...Kickstarted the Diana Instant Square years ago but it broke on the first pack. They replaced it and it's been fine since but just kinda didn't use it.
Anyway I've been experimenting with night shots to figure out the average exposure needed. Finally got it nailed down - 5 hours at f/11 with a ~half moon. Here's the shot:
