My new Canon S90

I just got this and I very much like it. However I haven't had much opportunity to shoot with it. I have taken a few test shots. The first one was on my patio at 200 iso.

On the plane. I was hoping to see the Grand Canyon but no luck. There were some nice fluffy clouds above Georgia though:

Baltimore was miserable. But the camera is decent in these conditions.

Very nice. Is it just me or aren't these photos just a bit more contrasty than, let's say LX3 for example?

My wife accidentally dropped our beloved Panasonic P&S in the Himalayas so we need a new P&S. S90 looks like a serious candidate.

All I know is that it's smaller than the LX3 and it has the Canon interface which I know and find pretty intuitive. I contemplated getting the LX3 for some time but it was either too unavailable or too pricey.
