The best camera is one that still works!
I'm committed to sticking to ISO 3200 on my D700 ... sorry that's the best I can do currently!

The joy of a camera that goes to 1/8000 shutter speed!
I kind of like the clipped highlights and blocked shadows I get from this ISO!

This should be easy as I have several lenses out for cleaning...that leaves my M6 w 50 Summitar & tri-x as the go to outfit...come to think of it this combo is often the go to rig ;-)

I was thinking just the other day that I want to just shoot film this week using one lens!
My combo for the week is M4-P, 50mm Nokton 1.1 & Tri-X. Got a roll at box speed in there at the moment, but going to push a roll to 1600 later in the week for some night shooting.

Yes. My original M8 does that. I think I may have used it once, when it was extremely bright.
My one camera, one film type.. hard to say film type as there are too many, but am loving my xpan with Kodak E100vs.

If I had to choose just one camera and one film it would be my rolleiflex 2.8d with tri-x.

For me it's the M6 and 35'cron this week. Actually it's the same most weeks
as the M6 and a Minox GT are my only cameras and my only other lens is a 90 T-E which gets used rarely. Still trying out different B & W films after years of colour. At the moment it's a roll of XP2.

XP2 is great. overexpose it 1-2 stops for best results imo...

Camera: M6 0.85 classic with 35/2.8 C-Biogon + heavystar lens hood.
Film: 2TMY souped in XTOL 1+1.
Alternative lens: 35 Summilux ASPH (two stops better than the C-Biogon is enough to matter; one stop is not).
