Is it torn completely across? If not cloth shutters can be patched. I have seen it done. If it needs replacing that can be done too if the repairer can source the correct fabric. This is perhaps the biggest problem although I did know one Leica repairer to stockpile some of it against future requirements. Alternatively S2 / H2 Pentaxes can be had quite inexpensively. Most likely less than it will cost you to effect a repair if the shutter blind needs replacing.
