I've been documenting the wheat farmers of the Palouse in eastern Washington for some time now. I still need to shoot portraits and the winter but I'm almost done.
The local paper interviewed me the other day about it and that really helped me line up a publisher. Even if I sell 2 copies and I bought them both it sure has been fun. Here are a few samples:

I was on a motorcycle trip last summer in the Northwest. I rode a little north of there from Spokane west on hwy 2 through the Coulee area. I loved seeing the rolling farmlands and old barns. I didn't take a camera with me and regreted not capturing the scenes.

Beautiful shots! If you post details about the book here, I'd buy one.

thanks fd, I'm sifting through pictures now putting together a presentation for the publisher. That's hard work, I'd rather be shooting. I did get a couple off the other day, I put two of them in No Words under the title Fall.

Very nice indeed. What did you shoot them with?
Good luck with the book.

Thanks, these were shot with either a D70s or a D200. The entire body of shots is about 50-50, film and digital. For film I use a Mamiya RB67 or a Bronica RF645. 35mm film I use a nikon n90s or a Leica R4.
