Btw, that icon shot is with the Voigtländer 28/1.9 at f/1.9 or f/2. I don't like the handling of the lens all that much, but the optical quality sure is nice.
Both fairly standard lower light. The first is in my friends shop; Fluorescent lights, not too bright. The second is one bulb in a fairly dim cafe, though the light from above the table isn't too horrendous. And the lighting at Cafe Lena is very dim, even on stage.
those are very great looking. were you using an uv/ir filter? to me a major concern is the need for those filters.. i used to shoot only naked lenses but after trying filters from B+W it changed that. they just barely have any ghosting when shooting into light sources. so I guess it wouldnt bother me much.. also the noise level if well exposed seems to be on par with the R-D1's... which to me is pretty enough. 🙂
