I just bought a Voigtlander Bessa RF 6x9 shooter w/ a Helomar lens in a Compur Rapid shutter. The cameras had some issues and I sorted most of them out but for the shutter. It seems to run on the same speed on all speeds under 1/200. 1/200 and 1/400 require a lot more pressure to cock, as they should, and the shutter seems to fire faster on those two. One of the aperture blades is a little tardy as well. It doesn't look detached, but doesn't want to close or open all the way. I sprayed cleaner in the shutter, put a little lighter fluid in it, and no change. Probably really gummed up in there.
Who would be a good person to send it to for a shutter service? I already have a bit of money in the camera, so a reasonably priced shutter service (if there is one) would be nice. Thanks.

Thanks Chipppy. I've had some camera repairs that didn't pan out from people that have good reps, so I am grateful for tips. My first choice would be John at Focal Point, but his prices are a little high for this particular camera that I already have too much in. I'm not complaining, he's the absolute best, and if the camera wasn't a beater he would be the no brainer choice.
Not sure why I didn't think of Paul. We had some emails a while back about a Rolleiflex I was considering having CLA'd, and I found his prices reasonable and his emails polite and business like. Good recommendation. I'll email him Monday. Thanks.
