Hi all,
Thanks again! Just a quick note regarding what I earlier said about Nikkor 28mm lenses, which I guess was a touchy subject, I really have no first hand knowledge about them. I was only going by what I read in the reviews regarding them (the autofocus ones, cause if I were to go that route, I think I'd like to try autofocus for a change). And those reviews were all but flattering. Good to hear that in real life many of you seem to enjoy them though!
That's kinda what I was thinking. Wouldn't let my 28mm Summicron go, cause I really love that lens! But I might not loose anything by selling and perhaps later buying another v1 Monochrom.
I actually used to have a Mamiya 7! Loved the pictures it took! Just between work, two young kids, two dogs and a very old house that needs constant fixing, digital is just so much more practical. And honestly though, since I got my Monochrom, I haven't missed working with film that much. Later on down the road when I have more time on my hands, I may very well get another Mamiya or analog Leica.

how about a mamiya 7, you might put all your cameras you ever had before to rest once you receive the negs back. 🙂
if you sell the monochrome temporarily you might be able to still pull a reasonable price in the actual market for it , which will open up flexibility trying something else, and if you feel the itch to get a monochrome again, it will only get cheaper from now on..
