That's strange, when I entered the thread, there were no pics. I opened the source of the web to see, where could be the problem. Opened manually the images in browser to actually see them, and then the pictures appeared suddenly. I think it has to do something with pbase.

huh, the last one I posted changed to a ? mark. Weird. Maybe it is a Pbase thing. YOu said there was another way to do it thru pbase that you found? Does that work for you?

you could also just upload them as thumbnails or upload them to your RFF gallery

Not really. The posted image is small, not the original size.
What's disturbing is that I can now see all the images that I posted following your prescription. If this is a pbase problem, I may have to be satisfied with posting an attachment accessed through a thumbnail.
It is embarrassing to be burning up people's time and bandwidth.

i read somewhere that pbase does not allow you to post images elsewhere and link to them? that could be why it works sometimes but not always? maybe every now and then the server doesnt catch the request?

maybe switch to Flickr, thoug I dont like them either.
I use GoDaddy.com and upload all my photos onto their server for my website and here. Its like $5 a month
