well ive finally bit the bullet and bought a gsn off the 'bay, just waiting for it to be shipped from the usa to me in the uk. its sometimes much cheaper to buy from the usa for me 'cause the exchange rate is so good at the moment!
im also looking at a lynx 5000 and looking for a 14e, i guess the yashica bug has bitten!
ive got an old j as well that i had cla'd when i bought it 2 years ago and im just finishing my 1st roll of film in it so im looking forward to seeing the results!
looks like that ql17 isnt gonna be mine after all!

I'm sure you'll like your GSN. I love mine for an everyday carry camera. Easy to use and great lens. Hope yours is in good condition. Enjoy!

Electro 35 CC has a 35mm / f1.8 lens which is very good. Build quality is amazing. How much did you pay for yours?

I'll let you know. I've got my first film loaded in my tank ready for developing in Aculux 3. Initial impressions are good - it handles well and is much more compact compared with the GS/T/N. It will fit in a pocket without making you look deformed and the 35mm lens should help in tight shots. The batery fitting is better too imho. The only issue I can forsee is choice of film speed. With a top shutter speed of 1/250 sec., I've got myself an ND4 filter for brighter days.

£55.00 which is $108.00 us dollars. ive only seen 2 for sale on uk ebay, they both went for around £70.00. ive got a good repairman who lives a mile away from me, ill take both cameras to him to have cla'd if needs be.
