Where did you get the film developed?

It's a 120 film, correct? Here in Dallas, TX area, only one lab (BWC) will develop 120 films now. Sad, ain't it?

I did some nice shots with it Ian, and currently I lended it to a friend of mine who wanted to try taking photos with a Holga, so it's being used intensely 😉

Some of my shots follow, nothing fantastic from me though 🙂

Thanks for the comments. Yes it is 120 film. I get it processed at H&H Color Lab.

It tis sad... but there's a solution to it. Maybe...

You see, most of the labs have 120 developing capabilities, but they just dont utilize them... If all you are looking for is developing the film, (not prints) then ask around. get yourself aquainted with some of the ppl working at the photolabs, and you should be able to find who will and wont actually process 120.

I work at our local lab, and although we dont do 120 there, we have the capabilities, and therefore, for those who need it, and are kind ppl (you wouldnt believe how many photographically inclined people aren't kind!!!) they know when I work, and swing by then in order to get their 120 developed.

keep in mind, though... that not everyone knows how to do it (even though its really easy) and then there are even more people (like my boss) who know how, and just dont want to or dont care to do it for the customers. So find some place that can (easy) and someone who will (not so easy) and then you'll be set!

Great point. I've struggled with this. I have taken the same shot with a REAL CAMERA at times.

I have recently done some stuff on 16x20 paper. The image itself was something like 9x15, it was a diptych of two adjacent frames.

Kodak Portra 400 VC
and Fujichrome 100 Provia
