A progress update. Yes, we're very close. All the material has been submitted and I finished the final layout and editing of the photos, bio's and intro today. Had a few unexpected glitches with Adobe Distiller converting the book to PDF -- it substituted Courier for the actual header fonts a couple of times -- but I got it sorted out.

Tomorrow I start on the front and back covers -- I have the artwork in hand but need to create the covers themselves. Thanks to Graksi and Todd for the great artwork! And thanks to all those poor souls I've been bugging for the past two days for additional details and/or clarification.

Once it's all together, I want to give the book a final proofreading after I've been away from the material for a day or two so my eyes are fresh. Barring any further glitches I expect to be able to upload the book to lulu on Wednesday.

I don't know what to say other than thank you to Gene for all the work he put into laying this out and getting it ready so fast. I just looked over the book guys, I can't put into words how proud, impressed... I don't know what to say.
