Think I just scored a pretty fair deal, what do you guys think?

Just found an M3 is really really nice user condition. Its got a little dent and scratch here or there but is in better shape than my main nikon body Ive been using for 15 years. Serial number is 978xxx.

Came with 50/2 summicron and 90/2.8 elmarit. Both lenses have some dust between elements, both are in nice exterior shape. The 90 front and rear elements are pretty clean, the 50 front element is pitted and scratched. Just running a roll today to see if these marks print.

Also included was the original leather ready camera case, a yellow filter, gossen meter and leitz flash.

got the whole thing for $750.

Definitely didnt steal it, but I think I did pretty well. I bought it just for the 90 after looking at ebay for a while now. I was planning on selling the rest but now that Ive handled the m3 all morning, I now know why people gush over these things. So, last week I had no leicas, now I have a M3 and a CL. haha, lifes good.

Is it normal for the 50 framelines to stay up with the 90 on?

I'll try to post some photos next week.

Yep the 50 frame lines should stay up and even if the camera needed a CLA that's an excellent price.

M3's are fantastic cameras, the best with the 50mm lens.
yes it is normal to have the 50mm framelines with the others when using a 90mm or a 135mm lens.
