Hi guys, I'm new to this site.
I've got myself two Fed2 cameras, just out of curiosity really, and find myself hooked.
My digital has been put on the shelf. Over it. I've been carrying my feds about instead with me everywhere for the past couple of weeks.
My grandfathers old spotmatic SLR is now under the control of my girlfriend.
I find I prefer the rangefinders a whole lot better.
Wanna see what I've been up to with it?
Check out my deviantart page: http://shok75.deviantart.com/
I've set up a photos page in my galleries to throw my pictures in. I'm incredibly impressed at how well they've turned out.
Glad to be on here. Lots of good advice for newbies like me to the rangefinder concepts. x

Welcome! (nice work on your site, btw)
This is a great site with a lot of cool people. I'm a beginner with rangefinders as well, and I've found the people on here to be very helpful.

Welcome Shock and also Sally-Ann, great galleries. Been using RF since mid 50's cameras since late 40's.
Mostly digital now as I'm lazy in the darkroom hope you have as much fullfilment with your image making as I have had (and still do)

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.
I'm currently finding my preferred brand and speed of films. Just been bitten with Ilford fp4. Won't be buying that again. My camera doesn't like it, and I think my wallet has disowned me.
Cheers x
