Hi!
A few weeks ago i received a Summar from 1937, it was a bargain...perfect glasses but black paint inside....cleaned in less than an hour but could test it last saturday!
Wanted to share beacuse i find this lens great for shooting...donñt know why but has something to it´s colour rendering i like a lot.
Of course it also flares a bit but less than i expected glass condition is crucial.
I was making some shots with a ficus hood and the best results were setting this hood at 9cm FL!
Well i leave some pictures i took of a gang of small children who travel my city for places where to skate...they come from a poor neighborhood and don´t have much to entertain themselves but to go for it!
All shot M9 + Summar, no sharpening, no reframe, no contrast added no fuzzy effects to make the summar look like something it´s not!
Any imput most appreciated!
