I was bored and stuck my visoflex on the NEX-5, then stuck a Tominon enlarger lens on it.
I wanted to stick the 135 Elmarit on it, but I cant find my focusing helical so this will have to do for now.

The Tominon 75mm f/4.5 lens is a macro lens for a Polaroid 4x5 macro/copy camera.
It's engineered to cover 4x5 at 2x to 6.5x and is probably best in that range. I have a couple of these MP-4 macro lenses, and have experimented a bit. There are probably better macro lenses for the APS sensor.
Mirrorless cameras are terrific for macro.
