That's pretty cool you own AND use the S-mount Nikkor-O 2.1cm. The images from it look nice. I was lucky to obtain a nice clean copy of the Biogon 21mm f4.5 this year from a RRF member, and it has been a lot of fun on my S2.

Thank you, it's one of my favorite lenses to shoot. Nice image from your Biogon 21mm f4.5, probably sharper than Nikkor-O 2.1cm.
Nikkor-O 2.1cm is mono-coated but gives nice subtle rendering under natural light when wide open.
Shooting wide angle with rangefinders is a lot of fun!

About ten years back I was lucky enough to find a Nikkor-O 2.1cm S mount lens in mint condition complete with the finder and the original case. It came included in a box of Nikon rangefinder cameras, lenses and accessories. The price for the whole box of stuff was $500.00. I was shocked to find this lens and learn just how rare it is. I decided I could be happy with the Zeiss 21 4.5 Biogon and sold the Nikkor-O to a collector in Japan.
Wow, what a great find!!
