About two weeks ago, I was out on the frozen lake and slipped on the ice. I didn't land on my Bessa but it landed on me. Hard enough to knock the vertical RF alignment out. I didn't want to attempt to fix it myself, so I sent it back to Stephen to be fixed.
So I am temporarily rangefinder-less. For the first time in about 4 years, I don't have a RF camera with me. The R will be shipped back home(I'm only here in Raquette Lake for the next 4 weeks) and I didn't bring any other with me.
I do have a Yashica MG-1 that I am resealing but haven't finished that task, yet. First camera I've done this on so it's taking me a while--and I do not want to hurry; that would lead to a poor job of it.
Maybe I can do some stop motion animation with my new digital; with a 2 gig card in it I can shoot a few over 5,000 photos at the lowest image settings--that's about three minutes at 24 fps.
Cool, I get to be an Auteur!😀
