Non-Leica Lenses

Looks as if your query got a bit garbled in the transcription...but if you are asking who manufactures the LTM>M adaptors, mine is labeled Voigtlander, was reasonable enough at CameraQuest (cheaper than Adorama, B&H and KEH), and works well on a couple of LTMs I have. BTW, Gandy's service when I ordered mine recently was exemplary.

What adapters are out there that will let me put Non-M Mount lenses on a M-Mount.
Like Contax, or Nikon lenses.
 
If you're talking Contax RF & Nikon RF lenses, then the options are relatively pricey. The old Orion & Cook & Perkins adapters (http://www.cameraquest.com/adapter.htm) can be found but they are very expensive collector items. Modern Japanese copies of the Orions are almost as scarce & expensive. However, there are some new ones coming out of HK, sold on eBay, that are relatively affordable (approx. $200 range), though they aren't as well made as the original Orions or copies.

When I had an M2, the 40mm Nokton had just been released. I bought a SC version for primarily B&W film. I sold it after 6 months as I could never get used to the rather harsh out-of-focus it would render up to about F5.6.

I ended up with a collapsible Summicron for $250 and I had it cleaned and adjusted for another $65. Since then I have bought a brand new 50mm Summicron and sold it because the collapsible is just better for B&W.
 
So I'm taking that the Summarit is a good lens, basicly an older Summilux?
Well $300 dosen't sound to shabby, any objections to this thought?
 
Well I think I'm going to hold off on a lens for now.
I just need to get out and mess with some cameras, get the feel. Shoot a roll maybe.
Haven't really got a in detail look at an M2.
