OK lets start with U Brian,

Hello, My first Post. This seems an appropriate thread! I have an S3 which I use on a regular basis, it is a great "shooter". I wear glasses, so the VF intended for 35mm lenses works out great for 50mm "I can see the whole thing without squinting".

How many others of you shoot with Nikon RF gear? If not many, count on me to try pursuade you into it.....

What happend to the above? Did you get side-tracked? I am here to straighten things out :angel:
Now that I have the Nikon Part of the forum secured...
My next project, at the top of my list:

Joe has a Zeiss, Leica, and Canon...

No Nikon SP...

We need to get Joe out of the dark side and together we shall rule the Galaxy(oops this isn't the StarWars forum)...

My rant: The RFF General Discussion has, all of a sudden, become quite boring. I'm bored. I think others might be bored. If not, they should think about maybe becoming bored.

All they are talking about in the generak forum is photography. I can't think of anything more boring then *talking* about photography. After all, how much is there to really talk about. Especially on a repressive, narrow-minded forum like this that only wants to talk about "rangefinder cameras". What's the real difference between a picture taken by a RF and any other kind of camera. Not much. So talking about it like there really is a difference is BORING.

For the site as a whole though I think it's best for navel-gazing and whiny threads not to be center stage on the active forums page. I've been around for more than a year and for the first time today, bookmarked this "completely different" forum, because I think it may be interesting.

I actually never even knew this forum was here until a couple of days ago, when they started banishing the really interesting threads this way. This corner actually has a lot of potential for some of the more philosophical-but-esoteric discussions.
