Focus is slow, no question about that. But if you are shooting with M glass, it woudl be quicker then a Leica. The acutal shutter lag is perhaps slightly slower then a DSLR but it can shoot 3 FPS.

So how does focusing work with M glass? Do you just scale focus, or does the camera provide a focus confirmation on the screen?

Zone focus when using an OVF, or you can use the zoom focus assist of the LCD.
