The Helios 103 is only available in Contax/Kiev mount (as far as I know) so you can't use it on an M3 unless someone will make a mount for you.

it is very good lens - but adapter for ltm costs about 200 eur. for that money you can buy some cosina lens which is made for ltm or m mount already. buy ir only if you have someone to make adapeter for you for less money...

I converted one using a close-up helical for a collapsible Summar. That part ran~$45.
