Opema 35mm Rangefinder Camera ?

I have the opportunity to buy an Opema 35mm rangefinder camera with a Belar 45mm lens in nice condition. I wonder if anyone has any comments or picture taking experience with this camera ? It seems this camera would make a good daily carry around.

If that's the same (Czechoslovakian) outfit as the Meopta Opemus enlargers, it should be a good machine.

I have no experience with the cameras, but I still have my old Opemus III enlarger. Bought it about 35 years ago at what was at the time THE photographic store in Los Angeles -- Frank's Highland Park Camera. Ring any bells??

Yes, it's made by Meopta. The owner said the pics are narrower than standard... whatever that means.

As it says in that link given by Rich Silfver...
"The Opema was a 24x32mm camera made by the Czech company Meopta in the 1950s."
(So the frame size is 4mm less than standard 35mm frame size, which is 24x36mm.)
