I need a scanner for MF, and I've found a good deal on the Canoscan 9000f. Are there any 9000f users out there, and what are your opinions?
I have a Scan Dual III for 35mm.

I've been using a Canon 9000F for just a few weeks, and my initial impression is that it's decent. The quality from my 6x8 negatives is ample for my 13x19 printer, which means that it's good enough to proof for a commercial scan and print. I typically scan at 4800 DPI and then reduce the output size by '3' in Vuescan. I'm not routinely astonished by the quality of its output, but if something tragic happens to it I'll buy another one.
I too use a dedicated film scanner for 135.
I don't know if this will help you in your decision, but my rationale was that medium format doesn't need the marginally higher quality of the Epson V700, and the price difference will pay for a better film holder and a couple of proper Imacon scans as well.
