ORWO N74 anyone?

Leica M3, Summicron 50/2 collapsible, red filter, Orwo N74+ pushed to 1600, D-76 1:1 for 14minutes.

Very nice, Pentode! I haven't tried pushing this film, but you got more than decent results, especially pushed to 1600. Would love to see other examples, if you don't mind sharing. :)

I’ve only pushed one roll to 1600 so far and I was pretty pleased with the result even with the huge, popcorn-sized grain. I plan to experiment with it some more but I got busy.

I have a huge backlog of stuff I have to scan, but I’ll try to get something else posted before too long.

No problem, thanks for sharing. In the photo you posted, the grain is mostly in the sand (where it belongs ;)), so it works pretty well!
 
I thought I'd try some N74 in PMK Pyro (using the time for HP5+ at EI 250), as it smooths the grain. I gave this an extra half stop and a minute less in developing, also at 1/30th at f2. It's a really beautiful film!
