I have no paper developer left....just a big container of Rodinol. I remember some directions of Rodinol for paper, but threw them out.
Can anyone give me a starting point?
Or am I wasting my time?

The old ORWO formula book states that R09 (Rodinal) can be used for developing paper. The dilution given is 1+10. It also states that the developer does not last as long as regular paper developers when used this way.

Rodinal may be too expensive to be used for paper. Look for Dektol instead. I've used paRodinal with paper. But that's a different story since paRodinal isn't as expensive or as scarce as Rodinal.

Perhaps this is the ancient German secret...
It is the ancient German secret :)
I tried it, when I ran out of paper developer during a long session. I had read on German fora that it works, and may have been common at some point among hobbyists. And yes, it does work. As others already have said, it is not the most economical use of Rodinal, but in a pinch: sure, go ahead.
