Pennsylvania Philly RFF Folk - June 6th (Irish Pub)

This is an open invitation to any South Jersey, Delaware, Southeast Philly or any visiting RFF members in the area. Last year Jake from Calgary was visiting and joined us. If you're in the area and/or interested in great conversation coupled with good beer, please join us at 12th and Walnut at the Irish Pub at 1:00 PM on Saturday, June 6th.

The earlier post was for June 7th, but apparently KEH will be visiting Ft. Washington that day.

Nick, Ben, Al, Bill, and Jim you are all invited. Please feel free to invite any friends interested in beer'n'gear, rangefinder/photography chat and our concluding walk'n'shoot.

1:00 PM at the Irish Pub at 12th and Walnut Street. Hopefully that works for people.

I may attend the show, I haven't decided yet. The bride has some current health challenges that may prevent my attending. I'll fill you in on the 6th.

Great! It's always good to have new people. Al and I met a guy, Jim Shulman, who is the local Leica group moderator and also lurks on RFF. I've extended an invitation to him as well, but haven't heard back yet. Hopefully, Nick can join us. Here's a shot of Nick and Al at the last gathering.

Well it was fun to meet up with you guys again. Wish my battery didnt die in my M8, but I did get two shots.

Jeff and Al, did you guys get a chance to go to the Ft. Washington camera show?
I picked up a Step IIIc there. Some interesting photo gear there.

We were at the last show a few months ago.

I'm done buying for a while, but will likely sell a few things at some point. I was just on www.keh.com earlier tonight, and they listed a bargain CL for $399.

Anybody on RFF want a bargain user CL for $300?

Enjoy the IIIC. Frankly, with my RA loading the old screwmounts is more trouble than I need. I just sold my Canon IIB and a Leica IIIG for that reason. Enjoyed our get-together and my continuing instruction from the good Dr. Patterson in what Stuart (i.e. Sparrow) likes to distinguish as just beer and good beer. 😀

Haven't had a chance to develop the roll I shot that day. When I do, I'll post the results.
