Canon LTM photo for discussion

Canon M39 M39 screw mount bodies/lenses
I forgot to add that the shot was taken with the 35mm Ultron. As for the framing, there was a side rail that is why I could not show more of the patient. The lighting is very dim, I have to use 1/60 f2 to get a proper exposure. :(

Peter: i do agree it is a great photo:) why it is eyecatching, for me: the nurse has a very concentrated-on-work look, she is quite attractive looking (most people, even if they don't realize/admit, will find it important in people shots to have a person that looks attractive in a way or another -not necessary beautiful or sexy :)), plus the exposure is very good, great tones, plus the DOF is selective enough to still have an interesting but not intrusive background.
And all those little elements of the photo, like the board in the top right part (a big empty wall would leave the photo unbalanced), the patient in the background looking towards the nurse(waiting for her turn?), etcetc

Anyway, one can analyze why it is good, but it makes not much sense i'd say... it's good as a whole.
