I made a few sheets of my 2yo for her grandparents. The TOS restrictions are quite narrow--caricatures of public figures are strictly forbidden, e.g. I can live with that. $15.00 for 20 stamps is a little extravagant, especially when US stamp prices are going up pretty soon.
