Photographic paper and airport X-ray?

I know that x-ray scanners safe for film, but what about paper?
I think about buying paper in Europe (where it's cheaper and more choices available), and bring with me to Ukraine. Does it makes sense, or it could be fogged?

Usually only high-speed film is affected, and I belive paper is ~ISO 3, so you should be fine.

A fortiori, paper is safer than film. But it's quite heavy and bulky.

DO NOT check ANY sensitized material. You might be lucky but Ilford found out about high-power X-rays via a Walkman printed on half a box of paper. In the words of a spokesman, "We were impressed."

I would recommend against checked luggage. The high-energy scanners used for checked luggage could (I believe) damage even low-sensitivity photographic paper.

no, i'm talking about cabin luggage.
I always carry photographic stuff in cabin, excluding tripod ('couse it can be considered as a weapon thing )

Paper should be fine. Film is fine up to ISO 800 or five (as I recall) passes through carry-on scanners in the US - may be different for other countries. The damage done is cumulative, so multiple exposures are as destructive as one big blast. Paper is less sensitive, so I'd not worry too much about it.
