I was in Krakow last week (initially I wanted to visit Sarajevo, but changed my mind after I didn't find enough information about it) and took
some photos. Here are some of the first I worked on. I all cropped them to 16:9 because I like this ratio very much at the moment. Taken with an evil DSLR. Had also my Hexar AF with me but I have to send the film off for development and scanning first.

visited briefly Krakow last summer, when going to nearby Auschwitz-museum.

like many Eastern European cities, Krakow is still "washing its face" from dark past, but definitely has what is required to become place for tourists wanting to visit there.

Krakow is a really beautiful city. The old city center is very nicely restaurated and has a lot of old builidings because it wasn't destroyed in WWII. Uncountable restaurants and bars there. If you like what I call "soviet charme" you find a lot of run down buildings just outside the old city center.
Krakow is definitely worth a visit even when at weekends a lot of Brits are doing a bachelor party there. :)

really nice. What DevilSLR did you use?

It's a Canon 5DII and I have a 2.8/24 and a 1.4/50. Used the 24mm the most in Krakow.

(Sold an old 5D and lenses last year to a relative in a mood of lacking confidence in my photography but realized that this was some sort of stupid mistake. So I bought the two lenses back from my relative because he likes to zoom and got the 5DII).
