To grain, or not to grain
I keep comming back to this thread over and over again..., thanks for sharing this great and inspirating photos Erik.
Also, I´m really starting to fall in love with the Nikkor H auto 50mm f/2!
Are this wetprints Erik, or do you scan the negatives and add frames in pp?

Thank you, Melancholy and Highway, these are individual scans made with an Epson 600. The histograms are individually adapted with the scanner. The black borders are the "true" borders of the negative. In Photoshop the white borders and some sharpening are added.

I was prepping my recently deceased mother-in-law's house for sale last weekend, and found a Nikkormat FTn in a closet, along with a 200mm and 55 Micro.
The battery was dead, but of course the camera works just fine without it. I ran a roll of XP2 through it.
I started with Nikon with an FM, so missed this particular camera. What a nice, solid shooting experience it is.

Well, how cool it is to find this thread this evening. I just picked up my FTN this morning for the first time in a couple of years and shot a whole roll. I must get busy and post some photos!
