Very nice family scene Raid. Sharpness, colors and bokeh are just great here.

Thanks! Yes, got that one and a 35mm f/2.8 from another member here. Both ultra clean, with front and rear caps and their corresponding Canon lens hoods.
My Canon 7s and the two lenses saw action for the first time at my family's New Year celebrations.

Mine is on it's way over from Sweden and I'm very much looking forward to it's arrival. I've had the 1.2 & 1.8 in the past, loved the 1.8 but (stupidly) gave it away whilst I never really liked the look of the 1.2.
Looking at the pics posted and from what I've heard over the years I'm getting itchy feet waiting.
+1 for Roland's Yosemite shot.

My new (to me, obviously) Canon 50mm 1.4 arrived this morning just as I was leaving. So here are two of the first shots i've taken with it earlier today.
Hans, its a lovely lens...thank you!
Toward Holland:
The pics are nothing special as I was really just playing around, checking each aperture etc etc but I'm very impressed with the look of it. A keeper methinks!

sold mine tho .. I couldn't stand that my cheap Jupiter-8 is much sharper (even at f/4) also 50mm is a bit too narrow for me
bokeh is indeed creamy.

Just developed my first roll with my new M4-P and Canon 50mm f1.4 LTM combo, I must say, this may be the only 50 I need.

Mine seems plenty sharp to me at least..
