A new toy arrived today. A PIXCO Macro AF Confirm M39 Lens to Canon EOS EF Adapter. The adapter will allow you to attach Leica Thread Mount lenses to Canon EF mount cameras.
Due to the difference in focal registration, the mount essentially becomes an extension tube, meaning all the lenses become macro lenses, and will NOT focus to infinity.
When I get a chance to play with it some more, I'll post some pictures. But some ballpark measurements with my old Canon LTM lenses on my daughter's 60D:
Lighting wasn't the best for my quick tests, so the camera used ISO 6400 for many of the images - Fairly noisy.
